Good place to hide. Few of those... *shrug*

Every piece of equipment in the rogue's guild is garbage too, I still like it there.

I dont endorse change.

If you're going the propose the rebuilding of the merc guild, please also include its counterpart: Rogues guild.

I like how another rogue guild sprung up in pyrathia, not sure why that didnt happen sooner, a little rogues or merc guild in every city would be cool, would make things a bit neater I guess. I agree with your Orac, that armor is crap, the weapons used to be good before trident got whimped but I guess its still good for a scout or in a pinch, cold iron armor there would be cooler imo, and also make it so its a full suit if you wanted, not just four or three peices of bad AC tanso.

I like the idea of more mercenary's guilds. I also agree that the one we have could definitely use an upgrade.

I already asked for the rogues guild to be fixed up like 2 years ago. I think they boosted the trainers abilities and that was about it. I donno. I guess I should be glad the imms responded. Since I already asked about the rogues guild I'm not gonna bother asking again.

So you're comparing REQUEST, which scales all the way up to GM, with a few NPCs that sell stuff to anyone of any level?

It's a short walk for newbies after they leave their very first area and start to learn about the place. Thematically it's good. Is it great for Veteran+ folks to get equipment? Definitely not.

The area meets its purpose well, IMO. Perhaps you were after the ubermerc guild, which is hidden elsewhere.

I'm not comparing request to anything. I don't even think about request. Request is lighty only. I don't think I'm following any of this. At the very least the mercs guild could offer a full set of armor for purchase. I donno. Guess I'm wrong.

I think the merc guild would all be balanced if you guys stopped buying the di/dh/db pills, and I was able to buy them.
