And this thread is not about certain items getting wimped, it's about some builders understanding how irresponsible they are with the totally overpowered lewt they add to SK and how they destroy the game balance.
I'm sorry if my posts are not filled with flowers and [REDACTED], but I just say it out straight. I consider said builder(s) to be total [RULES VIOLATION ETCETC] as long as I see such things added to the game.
EDIT: @stratford: Hey newbie, I got it wimped, didn't I? And didn't I say that I'm glad this change happened? I'm sorry I had to overuse it for the imms to understand that locate needed to be wimped, but since emails and PMs haven't changed anything, it had to be shown in action. The Algon way of balancing the game.
And as why you are newbie, you consider level 30 undead as overpowered law NPCs. Only that makes me laugh with your knowledge about mechanics.

I know you have no way of knowing this, but the item and the script are completely different things. The item generally refers to the item as a whole, whereas the script is what controls the extra benefits of the item. Without the PE regen script it'd simply be a low-level light item that can be resized. That's actually what I use it for, the PE regen just being a side benefit.
For example, you could completely remove the PE regen script and the item would still exist. In fact, even adding a level check script would keep the item intact almost exactly as is, and what it was intended to be.
I said what I meant, the item is fine it just needs a level check on the script.
Also, every single post I've read from you has been the exact same [REDACTED]. You telling people "how it is" in the most arrogant way possible. There is a difference between Finney and Thran, and your posts are quickly approaching the latter than the former.
Also, wrong thread for it, but you're missing the main thing that kept NW guards balanced compared to the rest. Their bounty NPCs and other NPCs in their cities are wraiths so they had paralyze. The wimping of paralyze effects in turn wimped one of the few advantages NW had over the rest of the cities.
