Kill him sure, but do you really need to junk loot a journeyman?

Level means nothing at all. There is no reason to treat a journeyman differently than you treat a grandmaster.

I will avoid junk looting grandmaster newbies as much as I will avoid junk looting journeyman newbies, just like I will avoid attacking them. Being a newbie has very little to do with your level.

While two groups were fighting in the middle of a city you were following us from room to room ethereal. I attacked your pet as a warning. You continued to follow us after I did so. I then dispelled/killed you.

Newbies get warnings, as they did in your case - but when you want to repeatedly hassle a group in the middle of pk, expect to be ganked.

actually [REDACTED], i wasn't really bitching, but if you want to get down to it. I walked in the room twice, the last time i was trying to get to the sage tower. you didn't say anything before attacking me and i didn't even know you killed my pet until after when your special 'do you know why you died' rp took place.

That is ridiculous. What, do you have some sensor that tells you whether the player is a newb or not?

Yes. Looking at their eq, the way they act, what pet they have, etc. Just about any veteran here can spot the difference between a low level vet and a newbie.
