Yeah, they should be removed again. The PvP was very elite during the time that bounty NPCs were removed, and it got stale after they were re-implemented.

In fact all the PvE things that have been put in have hurt the game rather than help it.

I would very much like to see an end to bounty NPCs as well.

I agree. Bounty NPCs make the game -so- much less fun. Having the chance of spawning two GM PC's upon moving -one- room in a city, on top of the guards that are already in said city, is killer. I'm saying this as a player who played in a tribunal before and after the change, and who is playing in one now.

Not to mention the whole lame "economy war" of trying to drain someone's trib account via bounty NPCs that it spawns, turning PvP into PvE, and BORING PVE at that. There's not even any lewt, only the chance to say "Har har, we made your side spend more time gathering coin."
