Meh. Once again an argument stating that swashbucklers are basically crap without being overcompensated for by that singular skill.
"Swashbucklers are garbage and deserve a way to stop people, so let's let them stop people in any row, and make it last until they get stuck in first row, and let's make it a nearly saveless and costless skill that happens instantly. Swashbucklers are still garbage but at least they're a commodity in small formations because of that one overly powerful skill."
I agree, it's rough that they get stuck in first row as a warrior class. But mercs and barbs don't exactly kill people by reaching... they do it to people in first row, after bashing them. Hence my wish for a first-row trapping taunt. Hell, make it trap every character in the first row. Even that would be more reasonable.
Whatever though, I've more or less said my share.

Time to put up the white flag.
