I've given up on the arguing route. If I get time to play I plan on helping to show how "effective" the spell can be in PK.

Haha. Honestly, though, I don't understand why further demonstration is necessary after the PK seminar Algon's been putting on with charm person over the past couple of months. And that was before the buff the spell got. Any contribution I make is going to be minor compared to that.

I will repeat again: Stop whining and love willpower enchantments. All I see people liking in their enchants is MP, MP, more MP and fort. Magma changes made them consider reflex too, and hopefully charm will make them consider willpower enough.

D has a habbit of hardcoding things instead of leaving his decision open to inturpritation. I guess it is his way of making sure there are no arguments over a decision, two different imms cannot make a different call on the same mistake and make the playerbase yell favoritism. We already have imms making different calls based on their own personal beliefs, hardcoding the changes makes it so there is nothing to question and everyone is treated fairly.

At least that is how I am seeing it. We are like a bunch of kids and the code is the belt that keeps us in line.

I was thinking more along the lines of in-twerp-retation, myself. :)

Ok so I use persuade over eight times on NPCs, over eight I think about ten by now, NPCs under my level and it fails every [REDACTED] time. NPC casts charm on me ONCE and lands the damn spell. Utter [REDACTED].

Let's add the [REDACTED] sleep spell too, one cast one land.
