It seems casting spells also costs PE, I never knew that.

I'm almost certain that second attack takes some PE. Could be wrong though.

Second attack does take PE and would of course lower whatever he did have. I think what he was referring to was being too tired to finish a spell. I have never seen it before myself.

I reserve the right to be wrong, but if I remember right that while spells do not take mp to cast, you must not be exhausted to cast.

Casting spells always required that you have SOME amount of PE.

lol... I guess so. I've just never seen PE drop in casting a spell, so I wasn't sure if it was some un-intended side-affect, or a feature.
