Shaving five levels off everything is a bit much.
The difference between GM and Champ isn't all that much already.

There still needs to be some reward for reaching GM ><

It would suck to be able to locate items that are going to get stolen from you by logout thieves.

You guys forget that not every GM has access to locate object and often ask lower level players who can to try to locate things from time to time, especially when there isn't a lot of people online.

This is one of those changes that all though nice, probably won't happen because it isn't a big enough issue.
