Domination really, really needs to have its concentration lowered.

Hellions hardly seem overpowered though. :\

The concentration for invis and detections are incredibly low.

Given that domination is weaker than charm or control undead (target has to be 15 levels below you), I don't see how its huge concentration costs are justified.

You just saved me from rolling a deep-elf hellion just to test out how domination works with 25 int. Thank you.

Though I guess it wouldn't be that bad since I know of ways to eliminate three of those spells easy enough.

Try playing a human hellion and then you will see how brutal domination is on concentration.
