Between the times that I prompted him, I waited a decent amount of time for Bynas to continue, but he doesn't.

Were you disguised or anything?
I helped another do this quest quite fine yesterday.

He takes a little while before he sends you a tell, and everything. Though if you are disguised, I think it confuses npcs.

Nope, I wasn't disguised. :( He just hates me.

Edit: Oh crap, I think I had quiet mode on. -_- Sorry, it's just one of those days, I guess.
