Now that I've discovered that it's a bug, I figured I'd post it up: if you become a level that you get a stat train point, then die, and get breath of lifed, or reincarnate, or whatever, and you review again, you get the stat point again. But it doesn't take away what you got from before. I've bug logged this, but I thought it would help if I posted it up on the forums too.

If you lose a level that was a stat point level, you do lose a stat.

Well, now that my character's a GM for the second time, she's mastered art (and I'm certain she didn't before... I think)

Actually, you're half right. Losing an even numbered level actually does cause you to lose a stat, but the stat itself is determined through some process that is unknown to the players.

So what this means is... you've lost yourself a stat point and now you get to find out what it was!!!

Yes, but you lost a point of int or something and haven't realized it yet.

Better hope it wasn't an important stat, or you might've just screwed yourself.

I've lost/regained GM like 4-5 times on Ealuriel, trust me.

i think it was changed so you always lose your classes prime stat so you cant intentionally lose/regain levels when still low to get more trains to manually get your stats exactly as you want them.

Lose my primary stat??? dang. wish I knew about it before... time to put my next mentor stat into cha again...

That's what I was lead to believe.

I think it's your primary. I always lose an Int point.
