are you suppose to level with cause light all the way to master?

lol, pretty much.
Cause light is an Excellent leveling spell, its what ive used to level my necro with.

also.. are you suppose to or can you level with undead?

Undead > Pets, Id only use like 2 or 3 undead though, If I were you.

You get a little exp from the damage your undead does, so its better than a pet which you dont get the exp from their damage.

does it ever speed up at all? i am mid vet and I am only getting around a tick before i have to sleep again

I used vampiric touch to level at veteran, mainly because it does extra damage to elves and I was leveling off of elf NPCs at the time.

I also used cause serious and cause critical to level with my hellion, but only for purposes of seeing them mastered on my spell list.

Exp depends on what your training on. Where are you training?
