In this Bonanza I've tried to come back to SK, dragging along a really old player.
Let alone some mindless PK, I've noticed some inconsistencies in the experience gained.

There were looong periods of time I could not gain experience and it happened far too often.
I've tried to log out several times and the problem got better for some time, I've tried to change area but sooner or later the problem surfaced once again.

An example while veteran(3):

Bonanza Active
Newly discovered area
Max charisma (20)
Opposite alignment NPCs (tough challenge)

I needed to kill 20-25 or even more NPCs to get a tick of experience.
This didn't always happen but I'll give a 70% of the time while higher than Veteran status.

I can't consider this is how experience is supposed to work, since 30% of the time, it wasn't that bad. Taking in mind the example, you can imagine what happened to areas that i am familiar with, the NPCs aren't of opposite alignment or there was no Bonanza.

This would only be logical if Bonanza could offer you a boost for specific amount of levels gained and advancing in levels changed way too much since my last effort to come back.
I report this in the bug section since to my knowledge the boost while the bonanza is on, is not affected from the total experience you gain.

PS. I still think that SK is not about frags/PK-ratio or even trigger competition. Some need to loosen up a bit.

Did the NPCs in question use any skills? Classless NPCs do not give as much EXP.

The bonanza certainly made a huge difference for me. Leveling from master(5) to champion(2) only took a combined ~6 hours by myself. This was MUCH faster than the ~5 hours from master(4)-master(5), also by myself and in the same leveling area. The speed I saw was extremely noticeable, although part of this can be attributed to the faster regain rate perhaps (although I usually cleaned out before they respawned).

I personally found the bonanza steadily awesome exp as well. Leveled from 1 - 31 in around 13 hours, so no complaints here.

Im2old4u, I think, may not be incorrect. I noticed that off of some areas I was getting a lot less experience than I should have. While this particular class has no way to detect alignment (nor did I check to see if the npcs were classes), I was shocked that I was getting so little XP from an area where I thought I would be getting more. I guess, without seeing the numbers, it's tough to tell.

Out of curiosity, which area are you referring to?

I have found this same thing to be true. Surprisingly so.

You both must be doing something wrong. Try asking some people in game. If you see Krager around, I'll figure out a way to help.
