I also agree that humans are an awsome race. Not having infravision isn't really a handicap. You can wear a light. Eat herbs. Use a scripted item. Have someone cast it on you. That's nothing.

The only real disadvantage to humans, the reason I seldom play them is that they don't live long. If you don't like leveling characters, like me, and you don't play much, like me, you want a long lived character like a half-elf, dwarf, elf, gnome, or deep-elf.

humans don't make the best priests either

the real reason humanoids (elves, deep-elves, humans, half-elves) are played the most is because they are the easiest to find mudsexxing partners with. I'm almost positive.

I would love to play an illithid. I'm pretty sure Dulrik won't even open this thread, though.

Do not underestimate the furry appeal of a minotaur or centaur (or I suppose a griffon). Some of the kinkiest mudsexx stories involve those races. Anyone remember the one about the sprite who climbed inside the griffon. Mmmyeah.
