I do not understand this sentence even a little bit. Your sexuality obviously needs to be questioned.

You don't have to understand.

Please ban this foul-mouthed son of a hamster; his father smells like elderberries.

I think that the passive xp system definitely needs a look at. There's no way to roleplay a passive character that doesn't like to get into confrontations like a priest of love or a priest of healing without slaughtering a lot of NPCs.

Furthermore, I want to posit the question of how does slaughtering 10,000 mindless NPCs make me a more competent sorcerer or priest? Fighting sounds like something a mercenary or barbarian would have to do to become more knowledgeable about their craft. Why should a sorcerer be forced to fling 50,000 magic missiles just to level up to a decent level? Sure I'm getting better at magic missile (and can hit more than just the darkness when I master it) but it doesn't really serve any purpose once I've mastered it. I've really run into a dead-end experience wise with magic missile and shouldn't be benefitting from it anymore unless I can develop the super magic missile (Xenogears fans anyone?)

Seriously, what gives. I can level a sorcerer to Grand Master in 50 hours by violating thousands of NPCs in the game but I can't sit and enchant and scribe spells for decent xps? What sense does this make to any sorcerer or necromancer or anything else that requires them to *study* by magical experiment and not by perfecting their martial arts by kicking people's teeth in.

When I first started playing, I had the idea that my priestess would never kill anything. Ever. 0 kill count.

Half an hour later she was in a religion and putting pole-mace to face.

The only time-xp cap on killing is the number of NPCs you can find, right? Why is there a cap on spells, when mana is already a more stringent limiting factor? :(

I agree with everything said here. It would be great if casters could level off of spells without mindlessly ganking 120942291 NPCs. The passive xp system could use a reworking.
