Oh man, like me using the bard hero tourney to have all the bard competitors try and find info on ze leviathan for us while thinking that they're just gonna be writing a book about it.

There is absolutely no reason that Teron needs a tribunal. The very idea of it disgusts me.

Teron is an anarchist society. They survive by survival of the fittest and when bigger fish come along they combine their numbers and repel them or go to hiding in the sewers and the back-alleys. Teron has no concrete leadership and it has no concrete tribunal and because of this, Teron can not be conquered. If it had a head to be removed, then any group in the game could come in and pound Teron into the ground and demand that group surrender and then start making demands of the city. As it stands, who can you make demands to?

imperial: We killed your harlequin leaders! Submit!
random goblin: ain't no leader of mine! I'm gonna go hide under this trashpile till you get bored and leave.
imperial: sure wish someone official would hand me the deed to the city...
minotaur: what deed...is this guy stupid?
imperial: well..I'm bored now...guess I'll go home.

See how that works? That's classic Teron. Then a bunch of invaders try building a fort there and guerilla action takes it down. That's how Teron operates. You want minions and lackeys? Rp them with the player base like we used to. You want to live without law and order? The consequences of that is *gasp* you don't get orderly things like a cb channel and guards.

There is already the blacklist command if anyone would bother rping enough to be deemed worthy of it. There is a cabal stationed in Teron which provides all the "militia" that Teron has ever needed for thousands of years to repel invaders.

If it ain't broke, and it ain't, don't fix it.

Yes well, at the time I didn't know that there was a book. Fortunately, I did find out about it, due to my diabolically masterful plan.

Now there's two books.
