Stop training on sorc NPCs. If training on necro/shaman/hellion, be second row and make sure it's hitting your pet.

Or be a priest/shaman/paladin and just cure your blindness.

If you are playing a barbarian, it's stupid to stand behind a pet :P

Plus this will no-way prevent color spray.

And if you're playing a barbarian you can just go kill other melee classes all day long, why would you bother training on casters?

My solution: stop training on NPCs with blindness if you can't deal with it. You might as well complain that melee-class NPCs need to be removed because they're really hard for cloth classes to level off of early on.

Hand-holding solution: Don't change the end duration of blindness, just make it scale with level with most of the duration only being added at master+. This way initiate/apprentice NPC blinds will only last a tick or three, where GMs can still grief and use it to its full effect, as can NPC groups.

@juggernaut: Way not to read my post. I said don't train on sorcs. Second of all, what's "stupid" isn't standing second row with a barb. An example of stupidity would be . . . training on sorcs when you don't have cure blindness. . .or standing in front row against shamans/necros/hellions when you don't have cure blindness. How many times do you need to get blinded for 10+ minutes before you realize that maybe you should be training on something else?

@jerinx: That's a really good idea.
