Griffon fist warlock. That would be neat.

You don't really need so much art as a warlock, I'd probably just dump enough point to reach the wand max.

Max int, wis, con, and high cha.

I'm sure at this point your lock is already built, but yeah, I agree with Sakhul.

The max art for wands is 9, and that's a fine build. I'd personally do fewer, but any more than 9 would definitely be a massive waste, imo.

I've done the griffon fist warlock. Remo I think was his name. Ehh so, so. If your going to play griffon, shaman fist is the way to go. Nothing else is worth it.

Best bet though, dont play a Griffon!!

Oh man, a griffon fist warlock would be badass, especially if you focused your initial roll on melee stats as opposed to caster stats. I know you can max three griffon stats right out of creation. It would definitely be interesting to see a lock fighting -alongside- their elemental as opposed to behind it. I used to get stat mods and fight front row on Timrinval, just because stone skin at GM soaks a solid 12 hits, and if your dex is high enough, you're dodging a bunch of incoming hits anyway. I used to get through 6+ combat rounds with the average Master or higher NPCs before having to "blow them away" and refresh it. It would definitely be an OP build coupled with ironguard/RE. Most lock spells don't require a ton of concentration to hold either, so you'd definitely be beast, all puns aside.

Group healing and... the possibilities are endless. Seriously pondering my next build.

Or you can make any sort of race fist warlock, use a wand to polymorph into a dragon and own [REDACTED] behind your elemental.

An age-ticked giant warlock would be able to do that AND have enhanced damage.

You need 9 art.

You need max int.

You do not need str.

You do need high charisma.

Dex is the easiest of stats to max with store bought items.

Whatever else you train after these is just gravy.

Anyone who does not think a warlock needs 9 art or max int is a warlock noobie. Period. End of discussion.
