You know what really grinds my gears? Lindsey Lohan....with all those little outifts, jumpin' around on stage, half naked, with your little outfits. You're up there jumpin' around and I'm just sittin' here with my beer. What am I supposed to? What do you want? You know, are we gonna go out? The midnight council was a cabunal before there was any such thing as a tribunal. The midnight council was the first tribunal. The Leadership skill, which is not secret as far as I know, is actually derived from an old MC cabal power called command legion or something like that.

The M.C was already a tribunal. Why MC didn't loose it's cabal status when tribunals were made, I don't know. But that's the answer to your question. It is kinda sks first ever tribunal. If anyone knows better I'd like to hear it.



Lindsey Lohan is one of the Hottest celebs ever. She's hot enough to kill a middle aged man. I almost had a heart attack when I found out she was with samantha ronson. Lindsey Lohan and some other chick and me would pretty much be the high point of my entire existance.

So I agree, Lindsey is great. She just got fired from a movie I heard, I forget which one. She hasn't acted since 07 I think.

Speaking as someone who was a MC member when tribunals were created - Legion Command was about 1000 times better than "Leadership" .

There was no coded limitations of what you could and couldn't do with leadership. If you wanted 3 GM legions with you, there was no code to stop you (However it was punishable.)

You could take your commanded NPCs wherever you pleased - Exile, Wastelands, it didn't care.

There was also no dependacy on CHA (but I can't remember if CHA was introduced later or not) for either command delay or who you could and couldn't command. This was only based on level.

Also our cabal skill was reset from (mastered) for most characters to (not learned) for leadership.

As for an IC reason why the MC didn't lose its cabal status - the Empire _ALWAYS_ was run by the Midnight council, the Legions _ALWAYS_ answered to them. They didn't suddenly become the Legions. They were still the MC. Nothing changed except for mechanical nerfs to the cabal skill.

Yes, this was kind of the point I was getting at. You've stated it much better though. CHA was introduced much later. All this stuff you are saying is before my time but cha wasn't introduced until years after I started on SK.
