There used to be a book in Ayamao that describes the game of elements. Maybe it is still there. It's like rock/paper/scissors only more interesting and it depends less on luck.

It would be based on somewhat random code, similar to the working fishing pole. No need to worry who would have an advantage.

I'm not in favor of a luck-based tournament having the weight of the World Cup in SK. You're talking about something akin to the WPT. Skill should come into play somehow, imo, or it's not worth the trouble to implement.
