Perhaps. I don't have a lot of spare time these days and probably won't until July at the earliest. I am still GMing pen-and-paper stuff these days and it led me to a few area ideas that tie into the mythology of the Sea Caves and the Outlands, which is actually why I was here lurking around at the forum. Nice to see the Dreamscape finally did get put in.

I will reiterate, too, that if there are still some items in the DS like the ones I had originally built (and I'm sure they've grown beyond that), then it's definitely worth the effort to go find them.

After doing a bit of exploration of the area I think that people need to look around more, myself. While it is a bit tough, the rewards and perks ARE there.

This area is too super challenging, and the difficulty for all the areas are very skewed. It should not get easier the farther you go in with the front area being the hardest to navigate through.

Though, I suppose some of the items are worth being diehard enough to go through this area.

In response to Ardith i've gone through the area a few times now with several different groups. While it is true that the first part of the area is pretty tough, it's only because of how the "random encounters" system works. The more people you bring, the harder it's going to get.

It's definitely not an area for the light of heart and certainly not for those unprepared or unwilling to learn the basic mechanics of the game.
