Would it be a rule violation for leaders of cabals/tribunals/religions to post their character name and/or usual play times in this forum if they so desired to?

I would just stick to titles, since most people can figure it out using the who command.

True, seasoned players who have been in most religions and groups will notice pretty instantly, but do remember that there are those with little or no prior SK experience playing too. Even if it benefits a couple new players by pointing them in the right direction and/or giving them someone they can contact OOCly via the forums for basic info, it's worth it, and a small price to pay for the one making themselves publicly known.

Of course, like just about anything on the forums, it would be purely voluntary. Much better than forcing it on them by showing them on the who list. IMHO.

Anyway, if it isn't a violation, I'll gladly be the first to post my character, organization, and play times. If not, I am content to comply with the rules.

What about a forum for seekers that everyone can see? or is that too ooc? Maybe a pm to a designated imm and that person posts it on the HF forum?

Being able to flag oneself F0.5, a Seeker status, and show up in the flock command would automate this entire process and eliminate 100% of the drama and logistical headaches.

Giving leaders a chance to see who is 'seeking'.

Okay, because the religion status doesn't seem to be imperative..

I will say that the Church of Yed needs another High Follower, but it has to be a warlock. I don't want someone to roll up a priest and then get disappointed, and usually the updates don't offer that specific of information.
