Above the rooftops of Exile City
Not far above the rooftops and above the platform leading to the square,
a panorama of various architectures can be seen spread out below. Shingles
and stone roofing alike, all in various states of repair. The large dome
of the Temple to the northwest stands out as a masterpiece of a long
forgotten stonemason.
It's partly cloudy, mild, and very windy.

A spacious parapet above Exile Square
A wide landing platform has been carefully constructed from long, sturdy
beams of wood along with a large, solid inset slab of stone. The polished
marble or quartz looks impossibly heavy and is slightly lower than the thick
wooden beams that surround it. The slab is a perfect square but for a corner
that has been precisely cut off in a smooth arc - the stairs there providing
access to the square below. A small wall made of wood runs along the edge
of the parapet, waist-high to a human.
It's partly cloudy, mild, and very windy.

Exile Cross
You are at the crossroad that marks the centre of the fortress city of
Exile. The ground is paved with cobbles worn smooth by the endless
weight of traffic borne by this busy intersection, a few square yards
seem freshly laid and scrubbed viciously clean. An iron gate, wide
enough to allow a carriage, opens into the courtyard of an inn to the
northeast. The cobbled path of Karaxia Street slopes away to the east
and west between the tall, timber-framed buildings, whilst cutting
across it to the north and south is Seldavus road. In the centre of
the cross the life-sized bronze statue of a regal-looking man stands
atop a stone pedestal.
It's partly cloudy, mild, and very windy.

A large drain pipe feeds water into the sewers.
An inscribed flagstone has been laid at the foot of the statue.

A bard is here, enchanting the crowd with tales of tragic heroism.

The Courtyard of the Hart and Rose
You are in the cobbled courtyard of the Hart and Rose. A high brick wall
separates the yard from the main roads to the east and south. Set into
the wall is a tall, wrought iron gate that opens out onto the Cross to
the southwest. Verdant green ivy, tangled with the sweet, golden blooms
of honeysuckle and rambling red Taslamaran rose clamber over the dark
timbers and whitewashed wattle and daub fascia of the Inn that looms in
from the east side of the courtyard. An oak door leads into the taproom,
noise and light spilling out into the yard occasionally as somebody
comes or goes. Shadows move behind the expensive, opaque glazing of the
ground-floor windows, indicative of the inn's heavy trade.
It's partly cloudy, mild, and very windy.

The Taproom of the Hart and Rose
The atmosphere is thick and close, pregnant with the musk of spilt ale,
wood smoke and cooked food, heavy with the noise of boisterous conversation,
song and laughter. Sawdust is spread liberally over the worn slate
flagstones of the floor, upon which heavy wooden tables and benching press
together, crowded with patrons that compete for the attentions of the
serving wenches that move between them juggling platters of steaming food
and flagons of ale. A fire crackles in the hearth set beneath a wide stone
chimney brest in the north wall. An open wooden staircase in the south
climbs up to the rooms above.

A sign by the door reads "Keep yer Horses OUT!".
A large notice hanging from the rafters reads, "RIFTS ARE PROHIBITED HERE!"
A cork notice board hangs on the east wall.
A hand-pump is here to dispense beer.
A battered old bin stands in the corner of the room.
A plain male human is here.
A large, black timber wolf prowls around here.
Virsn (a rotund male gnome) is here.
A serving wench moves deftly through the taproom serving drinks.
A merchant guard is here, relaxing between jobs.
A squat and heavily mailed dwarf is here, muttering as he drinks.
A freeman of Exile is here, quietly sipping his ale.
A small boy works here collecting glasses and clearing the tables.
A thuggish-looking giant glowers here, watching the customers for trouble.
A brutish-looking man stands impassively at the door watching the crowd.
The swordsman Halfdane is here, quietly drinking by the fire.
The warrior Grimm is here, regaling folk with tales of his youth.

Another example. Seems 3/4 the guards are trying to attack. Is it because he's a deep-elf, are deep-elves not even allowed in exile anymore? If so this is the dumbest change ever...sith already disallows delfs, exile shouldnt as well.

That means you're in a warring faction.

Somehow (and this is dumb) the guards will know you're a member and attack you whether there are Peacekeepers about or not (or whether they know you're a member.) This happened to my character in the North. It would seem to me to be only the guards at major entrances, the law office, and other high-traffic areas that are flagged to do this.

Wow, this looks like a horrible feature. Ruins all spying RP etc. So, SKs turning into a simple "capture the flag" game? :(

Yeah...pretty much sucks. Cant go practically anywhere now. Wish I would have known this I would have waited till GM to join a tribunal. :/

This feature only applies to tribunals, so it's probably not as bad as you think it is.
