I would love to see the noteboards get used more. It's sometimes hard to bump into other characters with everyone so distributed in different cities, or off leveling. Some hints about what's going on in the realms would make it much easier to try to connect with some fun. Maybe plant some gossips in the Inns too? Or the temples. I don't know. I still don't actually know where everyone hangs out. :oops:

I made it a routine the first time I ever led a tribunal, and keep at it: when near enough to a judge, check outlaw list. when near an astral board, check it (usually just using 'note read' and getting the 'no new notes' notice.).

And at least the noteboards are used more than the 'news' list these days! *shakes fist angrily in no apparent direction*
