There is also the D'Astae village. Graham isn't the only centaur community. Make this happen...please for the love of GOD!

I don't see why regular tailors wouldn't know how to do this.

Any kingdom that utilizes horses in combat would have a need for bardings anyway. Do you really think that the Taslamaran knights or the Imperial cavalry exist without such things?

Between the need to service horses and the need to service the occasional centaur, most bipedal tailors would know how to do this anyway. Isn't that why you can buy horseshoes in Zhenshi?

Because Bardings were a relativly new change and the tailors weren't updated with that change.
