drag <object> <direction>

Lets you drag an object in a direction. You can drag anything that isn't bolted to the ground. So you could drag a corpse around without having to put it in your inventory.

Yes, but only if other people can still grab it if you're dragging it and it's not in your inventory.

That's the point. It just moves it with you from one room to another.

Ooo I like that idea, but there'd definitely have to be a weight limit. Like, maybe no heavier than ten pounds over your limit?

NXS, this is not directly related to your suggestion, but given that you have recently come back from a hiatus, have you seen the poltergeist command?

True, but a 'backstab' using a blunt weapon is hitting someone on the temple of their head, making it really easy to knock them out. 'Circle stab' would still be a kidney shot, because kidneys can easily be damaged with blunt weapons, if they can be damaged with fists. 'Hamstring' would just be hitting them in the Achilles heel to either breaking ankle bone or making that tendon so damaged from the beating that it is still worthless. Since, hamstring can't sever, it would still work.

Yes, I've used it plenty of times -- it's pretty cool.

This, however, is a bit more utilitarian. This is pretty much meant to be used by the living. And the funny thing is, since the code for poltergeist exists, this should be pretty easy to implement! ;)

That seems counter-intuitive. It is a lot easier to push and drag things than it is to carry them. Most game systems account for this, even.

I like this idea, if only because it means I would be able to subject others to bad puzzles...
