This would be great for leveling up characters real quick, but I can see it being a detriment to long termed characters because it would be so easy to level up a new character that people would have less incentive to stick to their characters in the long run.
What I cannot stand is how low charisma characters level at a slower rate than those with high charisma. I cannot understand why being charismatic would give you more XP than a non charismatic character. High charisma only benefits tribunal characters, and classes who depend on quick order lag from pets, like scouts and warlocks. If you maximize it just to level but don't actually need it in the long run it's a huge waste of stat points, and if you don't, you spend a hell of a lot longer leveling.
I wish all classes leveled at a "sociable" rate and any additional charisma still affected order lag and perhaps bonuses to other things but I don't think there should be a stat to increase the rate of leveling.
What, no. Ugly people should have an xp penalty. I also get a lot of use out of having high charisma on my mercenary, and before that on my hellion.
