I'd rather see Griffbards over Griffmerks. Read carefully.

I understand why griffons were stripped of merc and made to be barbarians (Fist Mercs were way overpowered, and griff barbs are not a loud in Fist so I'm assuming that was the main reason), they're a fairly primal race and it just makes sense. So are giants though who have a lot less intelligence, which I find to be an annoying inconsistency in who can be what profession and cabal combo. With that being said, griffons have 21 int which makes them a (potentially) genius race. So I don't understand why they were stripped of their paladin class.

And yes. I know you said bard, but I doubt griffons are very good singers.

My griffons always did two things.
1. Spamdie
2. Chirp chirp.

On my first griffon, there was this one sprite that loved to dive into my side using it like a pillow
