Crimes are already like that. My point is that you can stun someone, full loot them, and then surrender later without ever running into the possibility of being banished.
Ahh, I did not know the system already worked that way. It seems to me like with this function, you should be able to keep people from abusing this tactic. They might get away with it once or twice, but not repeatedly, is how I look at it. Then again, I am definitely no expert on this kinda thing. *shrug*
Do what that gilgon's centaur did with charm scrolls and abuse the poopy out of it. That way we know for sure.
