Oh I know, but the reason I say fist is for taking care of possible pets in the front row if you go in without a pet, or if you have a pet, sit behind it with the archery bow and skirmish until the pet falls, or is left behind and hopefully if it was left behind then it'd be a quick transaction to melee.

I just want to ask about the human merc in the fist, spec'd in archery bow and ki straps behind a pet, I think that solo would be very very scarey if done correctly.

Why not a giant?

Sure, it sounds like a viable build.

Personally, I hate the fist skillset and would never roll a character for that cabal, even if my character concept fit the RP perfectly. I'd just take that fistie RP and do it in some other faction. Horrible skillset imo. You have to be in the front row to use any of the fist skills, and none of those skills keep you from getting bashed. A merc in the fist using his bare hands will get killed by a smart warrior using a real weapon, also.

In fact, in the years I've played, there hasn't been a dominant fist character. I can think of characters who were dominant in every single other faction.

I guess it fits Wudan's playstyle, though, since he can punch people in the face who follow him ethereal.

I gots to expose people again. You got some nutjobs coming in here going, Oh man this class is so great, but you gotta give them this crutch of being in this cabal, or this tribunal because otherwise I don't think so highly about them.

Best class in solo has been and always will be necromancer. They got tons of NPCs to put out melee dps, finger of death, energy drain, group busting with fear, every god damn malediction in the book, rift, and dispel magic for those assholes that think they're going to tank with spirit aura and crap all day long. They can put so many people in bodybags, and look at how many people it takes to take down ONE necromancer. But we got some degenerate scumbags coming up in this place telling us, well, I like to make sure I put over 9000 hours into my preparation, and it's so painful since I like to do things that no sane person likes, wah wah wah. Straight up exposed. Get out of here with your crutches and whining. Necromancer #1 solo PK class.

People are ranking swashbuckler? Well now you know you just done [REDACTED] up there. You know you've [REDACTED] up. That class is straight trash. Even a dude with a high skool diploma working for minimum wage at McDonald's can tell you exactly why they ain't going to be playing no swashbuckler. Trash. Garbage. You think putting that swashbuckler in Hammer is going to work? No, it isn't going to work, because the class is trash. The skills don't even work, their dps is terrible, and they cannot tank because their skills do not work. Someone thinks that a swashbuckler can beat a bard? What? Were you born in a barn down in the foothills of Appalachia son? Get out of here.

My list would go something like this since I am not doing any mind-altering drugs like some people commenting on this thread are:

1. Necromancer
2. Sorcerer
3. Shaman
4. Mercenary
5. Barbarian
6. Paladin
7. Hellion
8. Warlock
9. Bard
10. Scout
11. Rogue
12. Priest
13. Swashbuckler

Just curious on one of the classes, ardith.

On the shaman, do you mean as a voodoo cannon or 2nd row maledictor, or tank (I think you hinted that SA does not make you good tank)?

I mean as someone that griefs one of your trash characters.

You shouldn't be able to play anything but a swashbuckler.

Sorry, ardith. Post edited. I think I put bards under swashies because I haven't actually played a bard past like initiate, therefore, my knowledge of their abilities in general was lacking.

Did you just apologize to Ardith because he disagreed with you and then asked if you were born in a barn?
