A bit premature, but bleh, didn't feel like coming back after that, and I was getting tired of him for a while. [REDACTED] was almost 50.

Dalkar began because I wanted to learn how to PK, and I liked the concept of the dogmatic 'just follows orders' solider working for an evil Empire. He wasn't ever supposed to end up as Knightlord, so of course he did. Thus the regent title he stuck to. Thanks to all who he RP'd with, fought with, died to, killed, and all that. Apologies to those I may have left in the lurch. I may possibly be convinced to pull him out of retirement, but I think its time for a new faction either way. I especially enjoyed the irony with Hentera, who was preaching 'Power to the people!' and Dalkar who would counter with 'is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow'? when IRL I'm a bleeding-heart liberal and I'm pretty sure OA is, well, somewhat of an objectivist.

All things considered, not bad for my second character ever, eh?

Very fine character. With Yerryn and Dalkar gone, the powers have suddenly and very quickly shifted. Best of luck with your next. Try a necromancer for change!

I don't ever see pk as a reason to delete, but whatever. Dalkar only ever struck me as a liar, dishonorable, and willing to spam die rather than admit defeat. For that, I consider him a poor char because deletion rather than admiting defeat is the kind of garbage Peso pulls. Good luck with your next and try to understand that not everyone can be a winner all the time. Eventually, Hentera will lose, and so long as it's not something the staff enforces beyond the power of mortal chars, I'd probably RP defeat better than this char did.

Good luck, and try to remember the whole billy badass or lone wolf rp never lasts forever.

That last kill was the catalyst, but not the reason. First char was MC too, and I'd been wanting to try something new for a while.

Aaaaaand here comes the hissy fit.
Dalkar was one of my favourites in pretty much all regards - even if I did spend at least an ooc fortnight of Kyla's life resurrecting him.
RP from the social aspect was so solid, and I loved the back and forth between him and Tyaena, the whole 'I might be your dad.' thing was just funny. Plus the trip to Radi Kenga. And that. Frigging. Pen.
Overall, nothing much more than good memories, and that even includes when he killed Tat dead, leaving what you did was an awesome move, even if I did want to yell at you to recall when you just... Lingered.

From what I have seen, both the character and the player had a certain sense of dignity which is so rare among the pbase. Well played.

I enjoyed all the interactions I had with Dalkar. He could be stubborn and hardheaded but he was consistant in his actions.
One of the most level headed 'bad guys' in a long time. That fact was appreciated and I hope you bring it to whatever you play next.
