The help file is unclear about whether neutral characters get a bonus from extreme aligned monsters, but I have no trouble believing Dulrik said something on the forums at some point and I didn't see it. This kind of thing should get covered specifically in the help file. Basically, what Dulrik posted here and whatever he posted in the past about neutral alignments getting no bonus from anything would be welcome additions to the help file.

We'll just have to disagree on speed vs. damage when it comes to pure XP grinding. Unless I'm also training skills, I'll take a high damage weapon and preserve movement unless I have a priest around. I have always found move to be the limiting factor when leveling a warrior, probably because you recover HP on the ticks mid-battle but you don't recover move, so with good tanso armor plus buffs your HP are never in jeopardy. If you don't run out of move you never have to sleep. If you're getting four or more attacks you will definitely run out of move when powering through a bunch of NPCs.

Not when you consider all the high level training areas filled with darkie NPCs.

I tend to agree that it is easier to level a good aligned character, especially at the higher levels. However, evil aligned characters are able to benefit from the familiarity bonus of more zones than good aligned characters.

All of this may be out of date information.

The different messages you get while training means you can be spending more experience points than you would if you waited to train later both relatively and actually. So pick skills you are going to use as you will need them and back train skills that are not so immediately useful. Also I believe but I could be mistaken that you can not self improve at a skill until you are suitable level to train it with no negatives. Useful back trained skills bows and crossbows are very useful for pulling things from another room, if you are leveling in an area where this is not needed you might be able to get a few levels before you train this. Unarmed fighting is normally best learnt later depending what you are fighting.

NPCs pulled from a room away will chase you down as aggressive.

Cure spells will hurt undead as a damage spell. Especially useful when good vs evil.

There is XP gained from healing people but is low. I never bothered to find out if it is on the utility spell XP cap or if it is on a system similar to spell damage only much slower.

Spells damage will also give you double XP to melee damage. It is useful to keep in mind in when you can kill everything in an area before it respawns.

Int affects your self learning skill/spell improves.

On stats modded Cha does not help your XP gains. (this is still right, right?)

Im not sure about this but I believe int also affects how much you learn per train at a trainer. Aka more trains to the same level of skill at a lower int.

This is true.
