Dual Faction: Players with multiple characters may have every character join a tribunal
I like all of the dual membership provisions, save for this one. It will inevitably lead to situations where players have one character in the the Hammer or Crucible and a second character in the Legion or Peacekeepers.
There is a reason why you aren't allowed to join cabals on multiple characters, and I strongly disagree to this option being opened up for tribunals. It has all the pitfalls and potential exploits as allowing a player to have more than one character in a cabal.
As it is still against the rules to share knowledge between characters, I agree that this is a valid concern. However, I believe the pros outweigh the cons.
For one thing, all tribunal membership is now mandatorily public. Not only does that mean the biggest secret you could violate is no longer secret, but it will be harder to escape notice if you decide to switch to a character on the other side at a critical moment. (Which to be very clear, is still and has always been against the "sharing knowledge" rule.)
I want there to be as few reasons as possible to avoid joining a tribunal. Other than personal desire to not be involved with the law, there is no reason why every heroic (or notorious) citizen online cannot be involved in their kingdom's tribunal. With tribunals now being junior in power level to cabals, I think it is important that alts be given the ability to participate.
