Minor update (12/16/2004):
- Minor changes to character creation sequence
- Max Art bonus for staves is now 3 points
- Max Art bonus for scrolls is still 6 points
- Max Art bonus for wands is now 9 points

It will aid with cast spells and enchanting/consecrating from what I have gathered from the writings.
