Believe anyone who is wanted stays wanted but while on parole they are allowed free passage as long as they don't break parole by breaking the law. Once you break the laws your parole is revoked and your wanted poster returns and guards hate you.

Parole turns to pardon once you spent the amount of time you are normally outlawed in a jail on parole.

Parole keeps a record of your wanted list, over a certain time not exactly clear on it. In that time you are as good as pardoned unless you commit another crime. If another crime is reported on you then your old list is restored and your parole goes away. if you dont then your list gets wiped.
