I honestly cant give ardiths book that accurate of a rating because I never made it past page 4 where the protagonist glances at a man and finds him cute.

I'm not sure I understand this critique. Please explain.

PPS. Keep in mind that you can still only spend LT earned by previous characters.

Code:
o You have earned 40 loyalty tokens with this character.                    o
o You can spend 0 loyalty tokens for this character.                        o
o You have 70 unspent loyalty tokens in total.                              o

Why is it set to only previous characters? I don't understand the logic behind that decision. I mean, for players like me, who tend to stick with a single character over a long period of time these tokens are less useful than they could be. I essentially have to roll a new character to get any use out of them which isn't the greatest thing.

Could it be that... Until the new update rolls out the only options you have now are during char creation, ergo only new characters?

I didn't see anything in that post that suggested that.

The way it is worded is like saying that you can spend LTs in the following ways:
- Character Creation (so only Lt's from previous chars which makes sense)
- In the next update, to change your merc specializations.

If the second point above is available also with LTs from previous chars, then your point, ardith, makes sense. It handicaps long-standing characters since at some point LTs will run out and you'll have a pile accumulated you can't touch. It will start becoming a reason to reroll rather than keep your current.

The entire currency exists to reward you for your loyalty in sticking with the game and creating a new character after your existing character is no longer fulfilling. LT can only be used for characters created after the tokens were earned. I had thought this was quite transparent from the start and with how the score is displayed.

Think of loyalty programs at retail establishments that give you points or discounts on a future purchase to incentivize you to come back to the store again later. Same thing.

Oh, that's the very reason I don't shop at those stores.

I can't exchange your store credit for steaks to put on the grill.

D as mentioned in my post above, this approach will - in the future - start working against sticking to a character for the long term.
Especially if more ways to send tokens are slowly implemented people will want to spend tokens to make their current characters fulfilling rather than start over.

I'm curious of how let's are used currently.
When I spend them in character creation, are they first in last out? Can we change it to specify which character you want to use points from?
If I have 40 points on chronis and ten on zanros, I'd like to be able to specify that I would like to use the ten from zanros first, allowing chronos to keep the ten that could potentially be taken from him.
Does this make sense?
