Change it back if you want, but there are ways of getting around losing charms over 'fly' areas. You just cant bring your uber damage dealing/tank charms.

Really? MOST players? Sounds like BS to me.

Whether they can actually get away with that depends on their alignment. If they can't support better RP for killing you over and over again than that, then you probably have justification to complain and MAYBE the admins bring out the rubber hose. Because I expect better excuses for repeat PKs than that.

In response, perhaps you should organize the sorcerer's union.

But if you fear the pimp and would rather hand out your goodies with no strings attached, then so be it. Just don't complain when you get treated like a $2 lady of the night.

To a degree I understand it. There are trips that go to areas where the # of NPCs that spawn can vary depending on the number of people that wander into the room. In those situations actually bringing a sorc with you at this point is almost a detriment, depending of course on the size of your party. If the party is already large enough, you might not care, but if it's just a healer and a tank, it can become an issue. Especially if said place is not going to allow for petrification, most things immune to color spray, some things immune to acid spray etc.

Again, not saying sorcerors are -useless- in groups or anything to that degree, just saying that their usefulness in PvE groups has been significantly reduced since I started playing this char 1-2 years ago.

The sorcerer has been voted best class in the game. Not sure why anyone would turn down a sorc.

I find his word choice hilarious. I would, indeed, take such a complaint seriously, but I have yet to receive one.

I have said it before and I will reiterate it: we only play omnipotent characters on SK. We don't necessarily see everything, so your best bet is to point these kinds of things out if they're happening. With logs, if at all possible.
