Should enchant armor be allowed to add stacking saves?

That's a good idea Trosis, but that involves manually touching up every area.

My idea takes a code change in one spell that would affect everything, including making skinning useful again.

Yeah it would take time and effort, but with sadr said about "determining balance" and all that, changing each ar
Or set based upon how hard it is to obtain and other factors, it would be the best option imo.

I think this is way down the list behind warriors still being way too powerful, and scouts sucking hard.

I voted yes on this though for the simple fact that you can only add saving throws to jewelry slots. This gives a huge advantage to the few people that have the good armor in the game. I don't see any point in the impairment system since most of the classes that would use debilitating spells already start with a huge art advantage. It's also incredibly difficult to get a decent set of equipment out of only 7 enchant slots.
