Shattered Kingdoms

Kachoo and Miran have been deleted for multiplaying (using one character to raise an alt from the dead/playing two characters at the same time).

grep and Lumiere have received warnings for their conduct toward each other outside of General Discussion.

Richard has been deleted for violation rule 6 - character automation (unresponsive during hours of botting).

Tolene received a small penalty for violation of rule 2 - Roleplaying (use of modern-day slang IC, and the use of inappropriate language).

Over the course of many months, the player of Romar created and deleted no less than 183 versions of Romar, and, in what was a flagrant abuse of the mentor system, used some of these to help other characters accrue mentor points. Gann and Erog are the two non-retired characters that are confirmed to have participated in this abuse of the mentor system, by mentoring multiple iterations of Romar each. They have subsequently had their mentor privileges revoked and have been docked two training sessions each, art for Gann and HP for Erog. Gann has also lost his hero status, as there is a mentoring component to becoming a hero.

This is the absolute minimum punishment we can give to Gann and Erog, essentially undoing their gains and preventing them from further abuse of the mentor system. All players involved in this incident are encouraged to play by the rules.

Grep has received a permanent ban from Shattered Kingdoms for the following:

- Violation of Terms of Service 5(m) by using an array of characters to gather data on other players;
- Over 100 violations of Rule 5 by connecting to Shattered Kingdoms via proxies;
- Violation of Rule 5 by connecting to Shattered Kingdoms via a proxy on one character while simultaneously playing another character;
- Violation of Terms of Service 5(l) by using the prayer channel and typo logs to harass the staff;
- Violation of Rule 6 by running an automated character;
- Multiple violations of Rule 10.

In addition to the ban, grep's characters have been retired. Grep is no longer welcome at Shattered Kingdoms.

The characters Yazumi and Qeepar have been retired for the following:

- Violation of Rule 5 by playing two characters simultaneously;
- Violation of Rule 6 by running an automated character.

Suvilivus has received a warning for the following:

- Violation of Rule 7 by maintaining charm person on a character in jail.

Firmin and Ryhk have been retired for the following:

- Violation of Rule 6 by running an automated character.

The characters Clodo, Elma, and Waru have been retired for the following:

- Violation of Rule 5 by playing two characters simultaneously;
- Violation of Rule 6 by running an automated character.
