Just figured the tribunal flag is like a badge so it should be able to be noticed like the police are in real life....

The one good thing about the low count is that you can see all seven characters with one type of the 'who' command. Not like WAY back in the day when you'd have to scroll through three pages of who list, and names weren't in alphabetical order, so finding a name was incredibly difficult. Oh the good ole days of "Hell yeah I made it to the bottom of the who list!" followed shortly by interruption in internet connection and a quick "Oh s hit I'm at the top again"
