I think the answer to this is yes, but I would just like clarification please.

If a character has high wisdom and high constitution and heals themselves, are they getting the bonus from both wisdom and constitution?

For the first time in my life, i say well done to the Imms about recent changes, especially the one with the High Relics. Once you applied it, the game returned to its balance with many new chars created and already existing ones returning back in activity. I remember myself having a bunch of fisties trying to lvl-up without special abilities and a long-time missing relic for unknown, idiotic rp reasons (we all know the true reason why) and i was always wondering why such idiotic rp should overcome my fun. The result? Many left the game, hey no fun, why play? simple reason. I would suggest to completely remove the Guardians and find another way of dealing with raids and stuff, my thanks.

It's good that this encouraged discouraged players to returning to the game. But when PK picks back up, and fisties and hammer go on the offensive, then the balance of cabal abilities comes into play. The fisty toss is a pretty OP move. So are a bunch of other lighty cabal abilities. Now Darkies have no way to negate that. There is an issue there. Something that will need to be brought to the forefront soon.
