Bump. This list should be updated. It's also been difficult to receive replies from imms regarding membership/leader flags - with such a low pbase it seems to be taking longer than ever before to get a reply. Shoutout to Algorab who has had a noticeable presence in-game and has been available.
I think the staff could take a closer look at how flags are moderated, exploring opportunities to expedite the process.
I'm fairly sure I can update that list for everybody since I can edit that post, but one thing to consider when it comes to cabal/tribunal leadership/membership flags is that they seem to change a decent amount. People seem to move between characters with a bit higher frequency than the past, even when you consider the lower number of players.
It's not a big deal, but it does put more emphasis on the staff patron of the respective group. In the past, the vast majority of cabal/tribunal adds were done directly by players because lots of players received leadership flags and held onto them for considerable amounts of time, for good and for ill. I've been trying to strike some kind of happy balance by making players deputies even if they don't actually want full leadership, but it's nothing I want to force on anyone that doesn't feel comfortable. Also, things like operating in different time zones can make meeting up to do some RP with the player difficult as well, and while I know lots of players don't mind a stealth add, I still try to use it as a last resort.
I will say what I try to tell people when they come to me for a group I can't help with, and that is to use e-mail and e-mail the appropriate @shatteredkingdoms.org e-mail address. PM can work too if you know who to contact, but the e-mail should get the right person even if you don't.
