My initial intent was to create something that helps the pbase by enhancing a player's play experience through filters, aliases, notifications, and highlighting. Because there are so many scripts, I would like to clearly say BOTTING IS NOT ALLOWED to avoid any confusion. One of the main features of these plugins are being able to chat capture/combat highlighter/display identify and lore for other players to see. If any IMMs have any issues with a single plugin below, PM me and I will take down the one we are having issues with.
If anyone has ideas of any "quality-of-life" features that might be a good idea to make, feel free to PM me. Also I have a personal policy of not making any plugins that will help with PK'ing.
Directions to install in MUSHclient:
- File > Plugins > Add
The plugins include
- SK_ChatRedirector_Final.xml - Chat catcher for all important game related info
- SK_CombatHighlighter.xml - Highlight important combat echoes
- SK_Items - Displays identify/lore onto screen(type "ido" or "lro" after id/lore and it will say it in colors)
- SK_Mentor - enhances the current mentoring system by making mentoring easier
- SK_Names.xml - Who List Difference - Checks two previous who list to see the difference to see who last joined/left/dead/invis/hidden
- SK_SpellAlias.xml - Turns every spell in the game into an aliases for quick typing and converts "fl sw swarthy" to "c flamestrike southwest swarthy"
- SK_TickBar.xml - A tick bar that tries to synchronize the server's tick based off of the game's echoes. It also provides an HP,ME,PE bar for basic graphic character status
- SK_Timer.xml - Notifies when a buff is about to fade instead of having the player ask "GS/HS again please" based off a timer notification
I also some mudlet plugins that I made for someone. It is very basic and not well supported. It also requires the installation of Mudlet EMCO, but still very useful for those using macosx.
