I think he moreso meant air sectors, like the plane of air.

Then again, what actually -should- happen if you lose flight in the plane of air? Is there ground? Do you just continue to fall? Why do you die if there's nothing to hit? Clearly player-character corpses are made of some of the most durable material in the universe, as PC corpses survive longer than most other items, but does it also imply that PC terminal velocity is so fast that all other items are vaporized before the PC dies?

So many questions.

I guess that makes sense as a response to Tragonis, but this afterlife is about a char who died from falling over Teron.

I think a few people were on to something about it being on a timer similar to drowning. I see no reason for there not to be a corpse as well since my bread is laying on something. (A rooftop?)

Oh I agree I'm just pointing out the absurdity of a game mechanic that clearly doesn't need to exist in its current form. EQ scattering beyond retrieval and final strike should both be removed from the game.

Changed severely to not cause the total loss of things. Maybe more like an acid-blast like effect where things can get pretty banged up, with a small chance of kaboom instead of a total destruction. The corpses themselves should go, of course.
