Make the lag on vials and herbs equal to the lag of casting the spell(s) contained therein, but after the eating/quaffing of course. Also make it calculate in additional lag for fly/stance.

Theres one problem with vials. Wimp them too hard and melee will have issues beating casters. I recognize this but at the same time, a caster can quaff their way to victory if you can't bash lock them. I'm not really sure how one could balance that setup though..
