Yeah, but you gotta summon the rogue too.

How about trade fs for a scry spell? Or trade voodoo for a scry spell?

Voodoo for scry would be some serious win.

I dunno.

Scry is more useful to hardcore players, while Voodoo is the great equalizer of talentless shamans. It's a different style ability altogether.

Allowing them to reincarnate in a different, more interesting way than other players would be cooler.

I'd trade voodoo for a raise dead like, Master level spell that required a corpse (and maybe required the spirit to be seanced, but that's anecdotal) but drained no experience, and for shamans before Master to be unable to learn raise dead or any life giving spell at all.

This.

And scry would be useful to anyone that has a brain, not only hardcore players.

Perhaps we're thinking of scry differently. Astral projection, anyway, would be cooler.

I think voodoo should be traded for scry, and scry should function almost exactly like a certain place in the game which was recently closed used to: That is, have it be usable on both NPCs and PCs, unable to be be saved against, requires 100% mana and drains all mana, and gives a one-shot look at the room said person is sitting in while sending an echo to the target.

Since I highly doubt voodoo is going to be changed in its entirety, though, I'd be thankful for some more restrictive changes to its functionality, which I don't think I should go into as that would more than likely only necessitate more abuse of the spell rather than incite any change.

Wasn't access to that room removed because you all couldn't be trusted to not be idiots with an ability like that?
