Nothing about the rules involving faction abilities has changed. If it isn't on a public list of abilities, you can't talk about it in open forums.

On the topic of dispel,

I am jaunted between two possibilities.

Facts:

So you get a saving throw when someone tries to dispel you. That should mean staff, spell or holyword, though I am a bit confused about how holyword works. Anyway, let's assume it works as if you've brandished a dispel staff targeting only opposite alignment.

The question is:
Is that SAVING THROW modified by art and equip enchants,
Or is it a stat check like taunt, where you just save with your base wisdom.

To be even more clear, I am talking about the check to see whether dispel will affect you, not the mechanic in which it kills spells after it has affected you.

If there is a saving throw, it should be affected by art and enchantments. But you only get one saving throw per dispel magic 'attack'. If the save succeeds, you are done - nothing got dispelled. If the save fails, then there is a dispel check for EACH effect that is eligible for dispelling. Some of those you may succeed and some you may fail. They are independent of each other and none of those checks uses art or enchantments.

This is a ridiculous argument. SORRY GUYS YOU CANNOT MENTION ABILITIES YOU ALL KNOW ABOUT EVEN IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THEM. YOU MUST BE SO AMBIGUOUS THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE TO PENETRATE THE GREY HAZE OF UR ARGUMENT.

Still, this needs some tweaking. You need 2 mana pools to dispel 6 rooms as it is right now.

I don't think that is bad at all. Remember the days when you could not dispel room spells at all, or true sight didn't see through them? You could complain then, but these are cabal spells for crying out loud, they shouldn't be -that- easy to dispel. Geez.

He just said out in the open forums. You could PM him or discuss it in the forums dedicated to those cabals, or even in the leadership forum if your cabal is having problems dealing with another cabal's ability because of a bug .
