If you can't handle the fact that what you think is a tiny bit of PK and what others think is a tiny bit of PK are completely different things, you need to go away in general. A tiny bit to you may be too much for someone else, and you can't seem to see that. Hence, detrimental.

Hm. You know what. Man. This might be why I ICly offered truces to every single faction when I got leader, without asking for anything in return.

If they accepted, guess what. No PK.

Nobody except the Druids accepted. So. Obviously people are RPing that they want to PK.

Of course they turned it down. ICly, their character couldn't accept a truce from you, because you're evil and needed to be brought to justice, or whatever the reason. That doesn't mean they can't OOCly not want to PK. They are between a rock and a hard place, ya know?

They can justify it pretty easily ICly by "Hey, if we truce, 500 more of my citizens aren't going to die."

Again. SK is an RPK mud, not an RP mud, and not a PK mud.

And Snuffles, seriously? One log of stupidity does not prove that inns aren't safe. If any of those people had been behind pets and left, none of them would have died.

How difficult is that to understand?

facepalm

I understand that perfectly, but you don't understand that THE POINT OF IT WAS TO PROVE THAT INNS AREN'T SAFE - HOW CAN THEY BE SAFE IF HE WALKED INTO IT UNHINDERED AND WITHOUT WARNING? Am I speaking a foreign language? Even if in no one died in that log, the guy still walked into it without any problems. You see where I'm coming from? Is my english that bad that you can't understand my point? What is the issue?

I've already repeated this x number of times, the fact that they were newbs and died isn't relevant to my point, they could've been in the wilderness and died, they'd still be newbs. And it seems it would have been more or less the same thing because in that instance an inn offered just as much safety as a random wilderness room did, if not less.

Razzael took steps to ensure that the guards NPCs didn't bother him.

The fact that nobody in that log should have died is completely relevant to this thread, because it goes to show that cities do not need to be any safer. It's actually pretty hard to get yourself killed on SK.

85% of the people who play SK avoid PK unless it's like 4vs1 anyways, why does the city need to be safer?

I think Antiira got wrecked every time he came to Sith'a'niel when I had my elf. Despite being able to gate in.
A) Wrong, and B)Maybe, but your elf lasted maybe 2-3 weeks at most. You just deleted her after I got my loot back from you. I'd go through examples of the former but that'd be a waste of time, because they'd be recalling instances you should already know about because they're already posted and/or you were actually present for.

I suppose you just get off on making generalizations and exaggerating the points of others, which this thread only proves.

Please, show me a log of Pilnor not getting wrecked in the North after Keleza GMd. I mean, you only had the nerve to come up there all of like 3 times that I can recall atm, and one time you got arrested, one time you got your group raped by lightning, and one time you and Lynard killed a few guards and then left (and then you died in Sith'a'niel).

How long my elf lasted doesn't matter. Your character who could gate into the city and bypass the gate guards got raped any time he came.

For the umpteenth time, cities are perfectly fine.

Dulrik himself has mentioned wanting to get away from NPC wars, and here you guys are, asking for NPCs to do all your work for you.

This is why I enjoy ganking your characters, Sakhul. You QQ too much.

That inn looked pretty safe to me. It was one guy going in against four. If they had all pooled together instead of running at the scary man then they probably would have ganked him. Also a tribunal member came in and started laying down the law a little bit later in the log.

Also the echo for the poltergeist command is hilarious.

Inns are safe. If one guy is going in and murdering a bunch of people it is likely that they are just playing the helpless victim, if anything.

Personally, I am surprised he killed anybody with that attack.

Yeah, I'm sure you've ganked me a million times, I just can't remember any of them.
