Generally speaking, posting it on here may get it the attention it needs, but all in all we usually prefer the typo command. It is a organized way for us to see what is going on AND get rid of repeats in one, easy shot. We get hundreds of the typo, bugs, ideas, etc logs a month and many are repeated. A good way to typo an item is something like this...
Item: a gruesome deck of tarot cards- second line in desc- thre should be three.
Now lets say it is one of the 100 “black cloaks”, the typo could say: typo the black cloak found on one of the pale male humans in Krychire- second line of desc says “bleh” and should be “blah”.
When you write a typo, the room that you log the typo in is given to us so you can sometimes use that as an aid. “The fountain in this room should say “bleh” not “blah” in the third line of the desc.
Please keep in mind that if you logged it once and did not see it change, it does not mean that we didn't get it, it means that we just haven’t gotten to it yet. Depending on what was logged and how it was logged, each entry can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 hours to fix, times that by 1,000 and you get the idea. Some logs are a mystery that we try to solve, “This guy is broken”, “ther should be there”, “he repeats himself”, “It is broken”, “Achernar, remember that thing we talked about that one time a year ago? Here it is”, “lolerskates”, “When this NPC speaks, it is all garbled and I can hardly understand him”, “this quest is broken”
You get the idea.
