Use TYPO if the bug is always speaking in white (god language).
Use BUG if it's a game-message that is being used as an 'echo' instead of a 'say' (as is the case above). The code is spitting out the response to your command, instead of the NPC itself.

Having said all that, since Dulrik enabled the code to be aware of arrows in quivers, I wonder if he could make it aware of coins in containers. This would be an IDEA.
